My story is why I’m so passionate about helping others

At one point, I was bedridden with fibromyalgia. My
body changed rapidly—I gained lots of weight, felt
disconnected, didn't recognize my reflection in the
mirror, and wondered if I would ever feel like myself
again. It was a painful, emotional journey, but it taught
